Well.ca is currently looking for an energetic team player to join our growing Customer Care Team as a Customer Care Specialist. This role supports the functions and interactions of the Customer Care team as well as the departmental goals.

Responsibilities:

Customer Communication

  • Answer incoming customer calls quickly in a very friendly and genuine manner
  • Demonstrate sensitivity, compassion, responsiveness, and creativity when answering calls to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Assist customers in correcting post-purchase issues
  • Use Well.ca’s in-house software to communicate with customers in regards to their orders
  • Handle confidential customer information in a sensitive and responsible way

Problem Management

  • Ability to diagnose problems, identify and drive appropriate solutions
  • Work closely with peers and other departments to resolve customer issues
  • Contact customers on behalf of other departments as required
  • When needed escalate issues to the Senior Customer Care team to ensure we are meeting customers particular needs

Performance Criteria

  • Reports directly to the Director of Customer Care
  • Turn first time customers into loyal customers by wow-ing them with wonderful service
  • Practice extreme attention to detail as this position holds responsibilities that not only affect customers, but every department at Well.ca

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma required
  • 1-3 years experience in a similar role
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills
  • Strong technical skills
  • Ability to diffuse tense or difficult situations
  • Adapts easily to change
  • Ability to learn quickly and take initiative
  • Outstanding multi-tasking and organizational skills
  • Ability to solve problems in a quick and well thought out manner
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel

Email Marketing Specialist

Job Description:

Are you a well-rounded marketing technologist with a passion for ecommerce and online marketing? Do you thrive in fast-paced, game-changing environments where attention for detail is key? Well.ca is looking for an Email Marketing Specialist to lead the creation and execution of email campaigns to reach both acquisition and retention targets, as well as build and maintain the email database. If you have strong marketing skills, solid copy-writing techniques and are very familiar with industry best practices, don’t hesitate to join our fantastic Marketing team.

Responsibilities:

  • Day-to-day management of email campaigns including testing, planning, monitoring, optimization as well as analysis and communication of results
  • Analyze and report on email campaign results and KPIs, highlighting successes, trends and opportunities. Maintain formal process to update and share findings with marketing team and other stakeholders
  • Work with Marketing and Merchandising to design email marketing calendar to, manage, and drive brand presence, customer retention, and revenue while adhering to best practices at all times.
  • Coordinate with various departments on production and deployment of campaigns by gathering appropriate content, designing layouts, and collaborating with the Graphic Design, Merchandising, and Promotions team
  • Work with Marketing to successfully grow email subscriber base while maintaining/improving conversion rates
  • Setup and test email prior to deployment on the email platform to ensure messages are sent in proper form and proofread for clarity, grammar, spelling, and accuracy
  • Consistently hit aggressive scheduling deadlines to reach acquisition and retention targets

Qualifications:

  • Well-rounded marketing technologist familiar with industry best practices
  • 2-4 years experience with email marketing specifically in managing retail email programs
  • Excellent knowledge and passion for eCommerce and online marketing
  • Strong Understanding of e-campaign performance drivers and optimization techniques
  • Solid analytical capabilities with 2-4 years proven experience in Digital analytics programs, specifically Google Analytics.
  • Familiarity with leading Email Platforms
  • Experience formulating test plans with solid copy-writing skills
  • Attention to detail, strong communication skills and a get-it-done attitude

Marketing Manager & SEM

Job Description

Are you looking for an exciting marketing opportunity? Are you a self-starter who thrives in a fast paced environment? Our marketing team is looking for a Marketing Manager who is well versed in all facets of online marketing including organic and paid search, web analytics, and project and people management.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a comprehensive online marketing strategy geared towards direct revenue, customer acquisition and customer retention by leveraging website, email marketing, SEO, SEM, Social media, affiliate/partner management, etc.
  • Design, Manage and Optimize campaigns for Subscriber Acquisition / Lead Generation, Customer Acquisition/Conversion, and Customer Retention.
  • Work with partners to monitor and analyze website traffic to plan, coordinate and implement website advancements and drive feedback to relevant online marketing initiatives
  • Planning and implementing high performing SEM and PPC campaigns
  • Optimizing keywords, ad copy, bid strategies, and landing pages
  • Managing campaign performance against key indicators
  • Develop and manage forecasts; execute strategies to achieve/exceed targets
  • Run daily and weekly marketing performance reports and provide insights and recommendations.

Experience

  • 3-5 years experience in online marketing/advertising agency experience
  • Extensive experience using adwords to develop and manage campaigns
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related discipline strongly preferred
  • Proven track-record of delivering traffic from both an acquisition and conversion standpoint
  • Proficiency with web analytics tools and Microsoft Excel is required

Part-time Warehouse Associate

  • Receive supplier shipments and sort stock.
  • Pick and pack orders quickly and accurately for shipment.
  • Assist with monitoring and tracking warehouse inventory.
  • Weigh, label, and ship orders using an automated shipping station.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work space.
  • Work as part of a team to encourage growth, innovation, and personal development.

Qualifications:

Compensation and Hours:

This is a part-time position, and full flexibility is required to accommodate 4 or 8 hour afternoon shifts between the hours of 2pm-10pm, Monday to Friday. Hours may change based on business needs.
