“I just wanted to express my appreciation at the level of customer service that I received with Well.ca regarding my recent order. I had ordered a box of diapers a little while back and Canada Post had it labeled that the package was received on my end, when really it wasn’t. I spoke to Seimone who asked me to just hold on for 24 hours in case the package was delivered, and if it wasn’t then she would either re-ship or refund me money. After the 24 hours when the package wasn’t received I again spoke to Seimone who re-sent another box of diapers with no questions asked.

I know there are people who can lie about these situations, and unfortunately for a company they can sometimes be taken advantage of. I just want to say thank you for not giving me the run around like you could have!!

When I went to the post office today to pick up the diapers I found out that there is a new driver for my route, and I was surprised to find out that both boxes of diapers had made it to the post office. I asked them to send one box of diapers back to you which I hope you receive soon.
